Three Years of Joy...

She was the one I was most afraid of having.
How was I going to handle a 5th child? I cried and laughed alternately at that little plus sign. I knew I would love her but my fear would rise again. By the time of her birth, I was head-over-heels in love with her.
Now, I could not imagine our household without her. Everyone here is a better person because of her; more generous, more responsible, more joyful, more grateful.
Her life reminds me that I have nothing to fear from this little one hidden in my womb.
Happy Birthday, Jellybean!

$1 buys a lot of pink balloons and a lot of fun!

Some candles and frosting (who needs the cake anyway?) after a birthday swim...
"I'm 3 eyes old!"
"You mean you're three years old."
"Yes, I'm 3 ears and eyes old!"
