I have never been a "health nut"... until I figured out a way to cure two decades of chronic illness. Then I didn't become a "nut" about health, but I did become serious about my food. In other words: Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels.

As for fitness? I was an athlete. Then I became a mom. I have battled chronic illness, broken toes, torn up knees, fatigue, and every excuse for not exercising known to man. In other words, I'm normal. But it's still important to me and I'm still trying.
